AI Readiness
We all hear about it, but we still don’t really know what to think about it. Some still consider it a buzzword while others have learned to leverage AI by realizing the value when it is properly deployed within an organization.
The impact of COVID-19 is also another reason to explore AI solutions and the experiences they bring to the customers, to the product and to the organization.
Where does your organization stand when it comes to AI?
Getting started is not easy. So many things need to be taken into consideration to fully understand the impact AI will have on a company. From resources, strategy to transitioning, it is not something that should be taken lightly, but when it does come together, it will move the need forward.
The first step for any organization is to understand where are you in the AI maturity model. This model consists of various dimensions and helps the company define its strategy and roadmap by understanding its strengths, weaknesses, gaps and goals.
Eight Areas of Assessment
You don’t necessarily need to go into any order but touching each dimension is key to fully understanding your AI readiness maturity level. Under each dimension are sub-dimensions to help specifically identify the wants and needs of your organization and the gaps that are the pitfalls when evaluating and implementing AI.
Next in our series, we will identify each area and its impact on your AI readiness.
